A little clarity before your next step.
For providers
Can we request the same worker again?
Yes. Providers and families can discuss a preference for a familiar worker. Availability and suitability must be confirmed for each arrangement; a repeat match is not guaranteed.
How do I request workers?
Complete the Request staff form with your organisation, sector, location and timing. We’ll use your enquiry to discuss whether we can assist. Availability is confirmed individually.
Do you offer urgent or ongoing staffing?
Tell us your preferred start date, hours and expected duration. We’ll discuss the arrangements we can offer. Please do not treat an enquiry as confirmation of urgent cover.
What are the rates and minimum hours?
We discuss the scope, hours, location and required experience, then the proposed rate, minimum engagement and applicable cancellation terms before you agree to a placement.
What checks should we discuss?
Outline the checks, qualifications and induction your role requires. Ask for relevant information before engagement. Requirements vary by role and setting.
Can participants or families contact you directly?
Yes. Individuals and families in Greater Sydney can use our Request support form. We discuss needs, suitability, availability and funding arrangements before agreeing to any service.
Are you an NDIS registered provider?
Keystone is not currently an NDIS registered provider. We must confirm whether your funding and proposed services can be supported before an engagement.
What if our requirements change?
Contact the team to discuss the change. Revised availability and commercial arrangements need to be agreed rather than assumed.
For workers
Am I applying as an employee or a contractor?
These are self-employed contractor opportunities, not employee vacancies. We discuss the proposed engagement and responsibilities before agreement. Work and hours are not guaranteed.
Can I apply while my ABN or checks are pending?
Yes. Select the relevant pending status or Need guidance when applying. Relevant requirements and evidence must be verified before placement; applying does not approve you to start work.
Are there current vacancies?
We accept expressions of interest in NDIS support and aged care work. Specific vacancies will appear on our opportunities page when available. An expression of interest is not a job offer.
What do I need to apply?
Start with your contact details, work location, experience and availability. No CV upload is needed for initial registration. We will discuss further document requirements privately. Choose your role, ABN status and clearance status; pending checks are accepted at application. Relevant screening and qualification requirements will be discussed as the application progresses.
Should I send identity documents now?
No. Please do not include identity documents, screening certificates, health information or participant details in the initial form. Ask the team about an appropriate process if further documents are required.
Can I choose my availability?
Tell us the days, hours and locations that suit you. Opportunities depend on provider requirements and worker availability; hours are not guaranteed.
