Last updated: 15 September 2026. This notice explains how information submitted through the Keystone Placements website is handled.
What the forms collect
Enquiry forms collect the contact details and information you choose to provide, such as your organisation, staffing requirements, work experience, availability, role, ABN status and clearance status. Initial contractor registration does not collect CV uploads. Please do not send identity documents, health information or participant or resident details through these forms.
Why the information is used
Keystone uses enquiry information to respond to your request, discuss staffing needs or consider your expression of interest. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
Website enquiries and CVs are stored using the website’s hosted database and file storage services. Access to the enquiries area requires administrator authorisation. Technical service providers support hosting and operation of this website.
Cookies and technical information
The website uses an essential session cookie for administrator sign-in. The hosting platform may use its own access cookies and process technical logs. Enquiry protection uses a temporary, hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests.
Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics
With your permission, we use Microsoft Clarity to understand clicks, scrolling and masked page activity on our home, about, provider, worker, opportunities and service-area pages. Microsoft processes this usage data and technical information such as browser and device details. Analytics cookies are enabled only after you allow analytics; advertising storage consent is denied.
Clarity is not loaded on application, enquiry, contact, feedback, admin or other excluded pages, or on pages with query strings or URL fragments. All recorded page text is masked. We do not send application information, names, email addresses or custom visitor identifiers to Clarity. Our own analytics preference is stored in your browser.
Choose Allow analytics or Decline analytics in the optional notice. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. Declining does not affect your ability to use the site. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals prevent loading Clarity. See Microsoft’s privacy statement for how Microsoft handles data.
